The Sanctuary blackout roller blind features a premium textured fabric inspired by the organic textures of nature — adding depth and warmth to bedrooms while blocking 100% of light. Where plain blockout fabrics can look flat and utilitarian, the Sanctuary range uses a woven-texture finish that gives the blind a softer, more considered appearance.

The Sanctuary uses a textured woven fabric rather than the smooth plain fabric found on standard blackout rollers. This gives it a more refined, premium appearance while providing the same 100% light blocking.
Yes. The Sanctuary is one of NZ Blinds’ most popular master bedroom choices. The textured fabric adds visual warmth, and the 100% blackout performance ensures complete darkness.
Many customers install the Sanctuary blackout roller behind sheer curtains for a layered look — the curtain provides daytime softness while the roller handles blackout duty at night.
Blinds ordered at separate times may not colour match perfectly. We strongly recommend that all blinds for one room are ordered at the same time.
Blinds between 6sqm & 8sqm are more difficult to operate. They may be hard to lift & lower for users who are not physically strong. Roller tube deflection & fabric bagging may also be an issue.
Blinds over 8sqm are not within warranty. The tube will deflect and the fabric will bag. We recommend using a Link Bracket.
Mechanisms & Brackets– The standard mechanism is UNIFLEX in White, Black, Cream and Grey.
Bottom rails – Standard is for Dual Bottom rail with either the Curved or Flat side on the front of the blind. Dual Rail Colours are White, Black, Cream & Anodised.
Chains – Standard chains are Continuous Plastic Chains in either White, Black, Cream or Grey. Stainless Steel is available which attracts a surcharge.
