Duo Sunscreen Roller Blinds

No. “Duo” is the fabric range — Duo Screen (sunscreen) and Duo Block (blackout). A combo is when you put two blinds in one opening, usually a sunscreen and a blackout. You can order Duo fabric as a single blind, or as part of a combo.

Duo Screen is the sunscreen fabric — it filters light, cuts glare and keeps some of your view. Duo Block is the blackout fabric — it blocks 100% of light through the fabric. They are colour-matched, so they look right together in a combo.

During the day, yes — the fabric limits inward visibility while still letting light through. At night with interior lights on, silhouettes become visible from outside. For full night privacy, add a blackout blind in the same opening as a combo.

Yes. The sunscreen fabric filters UV and reduces solar heat gain through the glass, which helps keep rooms cooler in summer without blocking your view or your natural light.

Yes — order a combo. You add a blackout blind alongside the sunscreen blind in the same opening. Sunscreen by day, blackout by night.

Order everything for one room at the same time. Colours can vary slightly between fabric batches, so separate orders may not match perfectly.

Blinds ordered at separate times may not colour match perfectly. We strongly recommend that all blinds for one room are ordered at the same time.
Blinds between 6sqm & 8sqm are more difficult to operate. They may be hard to lift & lower for users who are not physically strong. Roller tube deflection & fabric bagging may also be an issue.
Blinds over 8sqm are not within warranty. The tube will deflect and the fabric will bag. We recommend using a Link Bracket.
Mechanisms & Brackets– The standard mechanism is UNIFLEX in White, Black, Cream and Grey.
Bottom rails – Standard is for Dual Bottom rail with either the Curved or Flat side on the front of the blind. Dual Rail Colours are White, Black, Cream & Anodised.
Chains – Standard chains are Continuous Plastic Chains in either White, Black, Cream or Grey. Stainless Steel is available which attracts a surcharge.
