7-8 working days for New Zealand manufactured ROLLER & FAUXWOOD venetians

15 working days for New Zealand manufactured VERTICAL & ALUMINIUM venetians

Please note: working days exclude weekends, public holidays and factory closure periods such as Christmas 2024/25 factory closures are 19 December until 6 January. The good news is that by ordering over the holiday period we will be processing orders and you will secure your place in the production schedule upon the factory’s return.

** IMPORTED Chinese New Year.  The factory closes 25 January and re-opens on the 2 February (factory cut-off times are around 10-14 days prior to this, depending on the product type).  This unfortunately means that orders placed after the 13th of January will take longer to get here than usual as it takes the factory a while to catch up on manufacturing after the 1-week annual closure.  Generally, there is 3-4 weeks added to manufacturing times when they return to work.  Shipping is also disrupted as this holiday affects the entire country and everyone scrambles to get containers out in a hurry when everything is back up and running.  We expect shipping to take 1-3 weeks longer than usual in the 6 weeks following CNY.

Faux Wood 5 Day 50mm

Faux Wood venetian blinds combine the appearance of a painted wood surface with the practicality of composite plastic. 

Norman Faux Wood venetian blinds combine the appearance of a painted wood surface.. The extruded PVC slats are engineered to be both strong and extremely durable with the UV protector combined throughout the material. This makes them perfect for high humidity or wet areas. Easy to clean and bring a classic look to any place room – from the kitchen, lounge, bathrooms and bedrooms.

Note: Venetian blinds are privacy screens and are not designed to be kept in the lifted position. The full raised position is for cleaning the window or accessing the window latches behind it. The blinds are also designed to sit on the bottom sill, so these are sitting as they were designed. Venetian blinds are to be kept down at all times and only tilted open and closed.

These blinds are ready made, in stock, cut down to your measurements and dispatched within 5 working days.

Faux wood blinds are made of durable polymer materials, so they are sturdy and easy to maintain. Because of their moisture resistant capability, faux wood blinds are ideal for kitchens and bathrooms. The smooth finish offers a clean and contemporary look.

Each width of blind is cut down so the distance from the cords to the end of the slats varies on every blind

Norman venetians are routless ( Smart privacy ) The ladder hole is in the back of the slat so that there is no light visible through the slat holes like other venetian blinds. The slats have better closure and offer better privacy and light control. Now featuring the New one piece, 68mm Poly Deco head rail that has built in light blocks so that the top slat is fully recessed eliminating upper light leakage and the need for a valance.
